New studies show that many recent and current college students that are considering relocating to Los Angeles and Orange County say that these shows have positively influenced their desire to move here. Maybe its the beautiful scenery, the exciting “real lives” of its inhabitants, or maybe some hope they themselves will get their onw TV show — whatever it is, increased demand means increase in prices — like Los Angeles and Orange County needed any help. Not particularly relevant to a real estate investor, but funny to think about none the less.
